住宿環境很棒，房間很乾淨，床很舒服，溫泉也不錯，房間裡還很貼心多放一瓶大瓶礦泉水，方便房客煮熱水喝，真的很適合來渡假放鬆唷!

電視的頻道很少，一般的電視頻道都沒有，溫泉的溫度不夠熱，盼改善!!

溫泉設施完善，周遭環境優美，早餐選擇豐富

服務人員態度非常糟，一開始幫我們安排了房間，結果一開門發現已經有人入住，非常尷尬，告知櫃檯時，我沒有- 聽到一句道歉，好像這個錯誤是很平常的。隔天詢問櫃檯周遭的景點時，一問三不知，服務人員明顯訓練不足，櫃- 檯小姐面對客人的態度令人感到不可思議的沒禮貌。真可惜了一家設施如此完善的飯店。

飯店周邊自然景觀優美，蟲鳴鳥叫伴著晨曦或星空令人身心舒暢。餐廳服務人員態度極佳。

飯店內設施標示不清讓人找不到SPA館地點，泳池水道規劃不佳致使小孩在泳池中遭大人撞傷腹部
